About me

I currently lead strategic design initiatives that shape the direction of all C2C ads monetization and adoption efforts at eBay. My recent work includes launching a native ads MVP projected to generate $3M in incremental revenue and designing a gamification and rewards framework to boost adoption across both C2C and B2C seller platforms. These initiatives required tight collaboration across strategy, product, legal, and engineering, the kind of cross-functional work I’ve come to truly value.

 

Previously, I was a Product Design Manager at Peachy, a health-tech startup, where I built and led a remote design team from the ground up. I oversaw the full redesign of our internal Studio App, used by nurses and front-desk staff to manage patient care. I also overhauled the appointment booking flow, reducing friction and increasing completion rates by 13%, which led to higher customer retention and satisfaction. Additionally, I introduced a scalable design system that improved development speed and consistency across the platform.

 

At Lucid, a SaaS company building products for market researchers, I led the design of the Impact Measurement product from concept to launch within nine months. This highly collaborative effort involved a close partnership with product, engineering, operations, and marketing, balancing a clear UX vision with technical complexity and fast-moving business goals. I also refined the design system to better support a consumer-facing product, adapting legacy components for greater consistency and usability.

 

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on simplifying complexity, building systems that scale, and developing high-performing teams. I’ve led design initiatives across in-house roles at eBay, Peachy, and Lucid, as well as in an agency setting where I led a team of designers and partnered with e-commerce clients like 1-800-Flowers, significantly reducing cart abandonment, increasing sales conversions, and improving accessibility. I’ve also mentored designers at various stages of their careers and led multiple design system overhauls.

 

I believe design works best as a strategic partner when user needs, technical constraints, and business goals are all part of the conversation.

 

When I’m not working, I love playing with my dog Parsley, kayaking, watching Murder, She Wrote (inside, I’m 100 years old!), and baking pizza for my friends and family.
